Alexandra Park Revitalization Grant

Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) and Tridel are committed to supporting initiatives that advance community building and connections amongst residents. The Alexandra Park Revitalization Grant Program provides financial and/or in-kind resources to resident groups to implement initiatives that align with the Alexandra Park Social Development Plan.

The Revitalization Grant is part of TCHC and Tridel’s Phase 2 Community Economic Development program’s suite of programming and funding supports for Alexandra Park residents.

• Up to $2,000 to support resident projects
• Open to Atkinson Co-op/Alexandra Park TCHC residents aged 17 years and older
• Two submission periods in 2024 to fund projects in the summer and fall

In 2023, $12,736.25 of the funds available were distributed to community members, supporting projects such as a community bus trip, ping pong table tournaments, poetry workshops and programs running out of the Alexandra Park Community Centre. All activities were open to the community.

The first round of 2024 grant applications closed on Friday, June 28. The second round closes Friday, September 27.

How is funding approved?
(TCHC) staff will review your application form and will reach out with any questions. All applicants must present their application to the Alexandra Park Revitalization Working Group (RWG).
Proposals are reviewed at RWG meetings and it is the RWG's decision to approve funding or not.
